General Brokerage Terms and Conditions for Consumers
These are the general terms and conditions of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Valuers NVM (NVM). It sets out the rights and obligations of your broker and yourself. These conditions were drawn up in consultation with VBO Estate Agents, VastgoedPRO, the Dutch Homeowners’ Association and the Dutch Consumers’ Association within the framework of the Self-Regulation Coordination Group of the Social and Economic Council. They have taken effect on 1 September 2018 and adjusted in 2026.

Algemene Consumentenvoorwaarden Makelaardij
Dit zijn de algemene voorwaarden van de Nederlandse Vereniging van Makelaars en Taxateurs in onroerende goederen NVM. Hierin leest u welke rechten en plichten uw makelaar en uzelf hebben. Deze voorwaarden zijn tot stand gekomen in overleg met VBO Makelaar, VastgoedPRO, Vereniging Eigen Huis en de Consumentenbond in het kader van de Coördinatiegroep Zelfreguleringsoverleg van de Sociaal-Economische Raad. Ze zijn in werking getreden op 1 september 2018 en aangepast in 2026.
