Buy

We’re not here for open-house chit-chat or polished sales smiles. We’re here to do the real work: finding homes, winning bids, and making sure you end up with keys, not regrets.

What we actually do

Ready to actually start looking?

Finding the right home

Not just any home. The one that fits your budget, your vibe, and your life. We search, screen, and scout so you don't waste time on places that look great in photos but terrible in real life.

Strategy & bidding

We don't just throw numbers around. We analyze, strategize, and negotiate like it's our own money on the line. Because in the Dutch market, you need more than luck; you need a plan.

Viewings & inspections

We go with you. We ask the questions you didn't think of. We spot the red flags before you fall in love with a place that's going to cost you double in repairs.

The whole process

From the first search to the final handshake, we're there. Paperwork, mortgage connections, legal checks… all the boring stuff that actually matters. You focus on packing. We'll handle the rest.

Your Next Move Starts Here

Then the next year he helped us to purchase a house with great insights, always letting us know what could go wrong, what we should be checking, teaching us on the fly :)
Fast and unbelievable service. Thanks my man!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Helped us to acquire our first apartment in Amsterdam. Went above and beyond and was highly diligent and didn’t pressure us to place offers when we had doubts. Also negotiated well for the acquisition cost which already on its on covered the service fee. Highly recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Deze organisatie heeft ons meerdere malen geholpen met de ver- en aankoop van een woning. Transparant en helder in de communicatie, schappelijke tarieven voor een goede service. Ik raad eenieder hun diensten aan.
